About
Orenburg is a beautiful city in Russia and the administrative centre of the Orenburg region. The city is established in the south of the Urals (river) in Russia. Its unofficial name is the “Asian Capital” of Russia. The economy of Orenburg is strong due to the contribution of industries like natural gas extracting, machine building, oil processing, and light industries.
The city is rich in maintaining its historical monuments and heritage. There are different places to visit including museums, theaters, monuments (caravanserai, St. Nicholas Cathedral and so many), and natural sights like Belovka (The embankment of the Ural River), and a stone Elizabethan Gate (a symbolic gateway to Asia). The degree of medical study provided is MD (Physician) which is equivalent to MBBS in India. The duration of the study is 6 years including 5 years of classroom learning and 1 year of apprenticeship.
